YJ-5181A Drug Melting Point Apparatus
I. Performance Features:
1. The YJ-5181A Drug Melting Point Apparatus has a real-time temperature display function, as well as initial melting point and final melting point recording keys, which can record the melting point values at the initial and final melting states.
2. According to the pharmacopoeia regulations on melting point determination, the sample should be placed in the heating liquid when the liquid temperature is about 10°C lower than its melting point, and then the temperature should be increased at a constant rate as required by the pharmacopoeia until the sample melts. For this purpose, the YJ-5181A Drug Melting Point Apparatus is equipped with a temperature preset function, which can control the temperature at the preset value. The recorded preset value of this time will be saved when the machine is turned off, and the preset temperature will be the same as this preset value when the machine is turned on next time. After reaching the preset temperature, delay for about 1 minute to make the liquid in a stable temperature state, and the buzzer will prompt. When the sample melts, the initial melting point and final melting point values can be recorded using the initial melting point and final melting point keys.
3. The YJ-5181A Drug Melting Point Apparatus has three working states: reset state, temperature control state, and test start state. The initial melting point key and final melting point key can also be used to measure the melting points of two samples. The initial melting point records the melting point value of one sample, and the final melting point records the melting point value of the other sample.
